New Leader as Scores Tighten Across the CFGL Bowl Season

The top of the CFGL Bowl Season is RED HOT and nobody is running hotter than MustangGrills, who capitalized on Big 12 big point winners on Tuesday & Wednesday. Grills has hit five in a row to raise his total correct picks to nearly 80%. He has scored 23, 29, 25, and 33 on Big 12 games with three of those wins coming in the last five.

Whitey Badger continues to win and finds himself just 4 points behind our leader. Only Tulane fell short yesterday, but as his 31 point game, the Green Wave loss hurts badly. In 3rd we have Stackagain, who led at our last update. He is now just 11.5 points back from the lead and will be rooting $lines for most of the rest of the Bowl Season. Our regular season winner, Pickles, continues to flirt with the top, however, he lost 21, 23, and 24 on Wednesday and only has 13.5 points risked on Thursday. Rounding out the top-five is T-Bizzle, who rode his 40, 26, and 25 point winners Wednesday to convert 93% of points in his last eight games.

“Best Possible” Standings Show Hope for Many Outside Top 25

Given the relationship between risked points and points won, taking a deeper dive into “Best Possible” scores reveals that there are many players with massive opportunities to score in the next five days. Here are some examples of players with high point totals remaining that could names to know down the stretch.

  • CJK5H– #14 “best possible” with a 79% points conversion rate. Currently #14 total score.
  • RipperRipski– Top 8 “best possible” and a 73% conversion rate thus far. Currently #16 total score.
  • Meegs3000– #13 “best possible” and 67% correct picks. Meegs sits at #37 total points.
  • BoomerSooner– 20th “best possible” and almost 400 points remaining. #29 overall currently.

A couple of longer shots to watch because of high conversion rates include, My NIL is worth nil (65.4%), Scottydoesntknow (63.4%), [Sigh] Headset Toss (64%), and JFleming (63%).
